Steve Foxx lands back on earth and gathers his team of misfits. He has big plans and challenges the team to steal one million dollars from the World Pokie Championships. Vampires, security guards and crusty old club patrons end up taking on the fist team- and coming off second best.

Steve uses his newfound wealth to establish a headquarters at an abandoned amusement park. Unfortunately, the local council doesn't agree with Steve's plans for the sight and chaos erupts as the council invade in a Waco style assault. Transforming assassins, council zombies and Giant Robots are demolished by the team.

Steve unveils his big plan of selling 'extreme' furniture to the world, so that everyone can be more like him. He sends the team to take on Varde- the largest manufacturer of Swedish furniture in the world. Caporiera fighters, vicious elves, over-the-top wrestlers and mass-produced comfort are all blown to smithereens by Fist Furniture.

A local medieval re-enactment group have put a virus on the Fist Furniture website. Steve is livid and sends the team into the internet to find and destroy the virus. Computer games, forbidden love, and cancelled furniture orders get on top of Steve and he had a breakdown killing his only friend.

Drunken madness sends Steve into the forest to wrestle abstract terrors and literal fat men. Back at headquarters the team have decided to stage a House Party Challenge. Eighties teen flicks, men's empowerment groups, and infiltrating Medieval re-enactors are all crushed by the team.

Tonight, the Fist embark on their most dangerous mission ever - they have to find the Ultimate Weapon hidden inside The Temple of The Fist perched atop snowbound World Mountain. Flying over the snow a smoke flare goes off inside the fuselage sending their plane crashing into the mountain. Steve and Rod are injured but The Womp agrees to carry Steve up the mountain. Mephisto finds the Temple of The Fist but it's guarded by Ballistic Man. Suspending gravity, Steve and The Womp make it inside the temple. While Steve tries to fight the monks, The Womp finds the Ultimate Weapon - a chainsaw that cuts through time.

Time-travelling mayhem at last. Steve takes the team back to 1770 to stop the invasion by beloved British explorer James Cook. But nothing's easy for the Fist team- laser battles and water dinosaurs, love, betrayal, world domination and sexy time-travelling super-pimps force the team to travel to the future to find a solution that will destroy the Union Jack once and for all.

Double The Fist is set to change the course of history in tonight's final episode when the Medieval Re-enactors - led by Mephisto, and the Fist army - led by Steve Foxx face off in a great battle. The re-creationists have overtaken Prawn World and crowned Mephisto King James. Steve, Rod and The Womp hatch a plan to recapture their HQ and take on the Medieval army by themselves. A huge battle brews as dawn breaks but the Fist army is bolstered by Sub-Fist Branch members from all over the country and they get the upper hand on the battlefield. Weakness leads to death and Steve rewards loyalty and punishes betrayal - and so begins a new era of converting people to embrace the uncompromising power of the Fist.
