K.C. eventually shows up late and tells her to march in and try again. She succeeds and, when she returns home, takes a pregnancy test with Alli by her side. After a long three minutes of waiting, the result is positive and she is pregnant.

With her parents out of the picture, and just her brother to rely on, she seeks comfort in K.C., only to find out that he expects an abortion. After finding out she is already 20 weeks along, and it is unsafe to abort, K.C. wants nothing to do with the baby and says "he doesn't need this", Ending their relationship.

Clare finds Eli in an empty hallway but Fitz arrives. Fitz threatens Eli with a knife but fakes a stab and laughs in his face only to get caught by the police.

Fiona talks about how her New York parties were the best compare to parties thrown by the school. Eli and Clare take Adam to a secret place of worship. They found during their urban adventures. Adam complements them and think this is a perfect place for a party.

Jenna puts Sav and Holly J's relationship in jeopardy. Holly J. tells Sav about the night she spent with Declan and they go through a breakup. But when K.C. tells Jenna he wants to get back together with her, she's determined to get Holly J and Sav back together. Whatever it takes, right? That includes forcing Holly J's manager to let her off work early, making Holly J go to the secret party and pretending that Jenna is going to have her baby to get Sav in the limo alone with Holly J. They come out of the limo and Holly J asks if they can go back to the way they were. Sav says that he'll have to see with a kiss. They get back together. Adam invites Fiona to the secret party he had planned especially for her but finds himself disappointed when she doesn't show. Wesley and Anya go on their first date, but it's nowhere near perfect as it was set out to be. Wesley realizes that Anya likes Dr. Chris and Anya realizes that Wesley thought they were dating. He tells her to go get them some coffee but it's later revealed that he sent her for coffee so that he could leave and she and Dr. Chris could hang out.
