Now, Sam must convince Danny back into the portal for another "accident" so that he can become Danny Phantom!

Jazz finally sees Youngblood and she learns that her brother was telling the truth about the ghost's presence. Jazz and Danny work together to defeat Youngblood for good, both he and his sidekick are sent to the Ghost Zone. Jazz finally accepts her brother as a superhero, but she becomes annoyed that Danny has placed a recorder inside her teddy bear.

The Fright Before Christmas

It's Christmas in Amity Park, but Danny is not in the Holiday Spirit because of his parent's non-stop bickering about Santa's existence. Danny goes to the Ghost Zone to destroy toys, but he impulsively breaks the Ghost Writer's manuscript and he places Danny in the story as punishment for his brash attitude. To make matters worse, Danny is forced to destroy the Christmas trees and the presents that have been possessed, but he ends up getting shunned by his friends and the townsfolk for his actions. Danny goes to the Ghost Zone to confront the Ghost Writer himself in order to get out of the story, but to his surprise he sees his enemies who are here to celebrate the Holidays and they are putting aside their hostility for one day. Unfortunately, their celebration is cut short when the Ghost Writer tries to ruin the moment by turning the ghosts against each other, but Danny puts a stop to the Ghost Writer and he is arrested by Walker. However, Danny cannot get out of the story once he learns the error of his ways. Danny becomes despondent and he leaves the Ghost Zone; the ghosts start to feel sorry for Danny over his predicament. Danny is still ashamed over ruining the Holidays for everyone, he is comforted by his friends and they forgive him for his recent actions. The ghosts arrive to help Danny save Christmas and they restore all of the decorations and presents. The ghosts and Danny finally part ways and they agree to see each other again soon. Danny is free from the Ghost Writer's spell and he finally celebrates the Holidays with his family.

Secret Weapons

Ever since Jazz has found out that Danny is a superhero who is fighting ghosts, she has been insufferable and overprotective towards her brother. At the same time, Skulker has been on a looting spree; such as stealing blood stream nano-bots from Axion Labs, stealing the ecto-converter from the Fenton RV, and stealing the lightning rod from Technus for his mysterious employer. Danny harshly scolds Jazz for interfering in his life and for her incompetence, causing Jazz to run away crying; the students start to glare at Danny. Jazz decides to prove Danny wrong by running away and getting evidence against Vlad, she learns that Skulker stole the stuff for Jack's exoskeleton suit that Vlad has acquired. Vlad forces Danny and Jazz to fight to the death, they make the fight convincing and she sets the suit to self-destruct after Vlad transforms into Vlad Plasmius. Jazz and Danny go back home in the Spector speeder, he apologizes to Jazz for his earlier behavior and he makes Jazz a reserve member of Team Phantom.

To make matters worse, Danny starts to lose his powers due to the effects of the shrink ray and he enlists Dash to help him undo the effects before he loses his powers and transforms back to his civilian identity. Danny and Dash must overcome several obstacles and avoid being taken down by Skulker.

Sam enters a beauty pageant, while Danny is the judge of the pageant, he starts to enjoy all of the attention and popularity from the women. Sam soon realizes that Dora is actually Princess Dorathea who has encountered her and her friends before. Another revelation comes into light for Sam, when she is forced to be married to Dorathea's selfish older brother, Prince Aragon. Danny and Tucker go to the Ghost Zone to rescue Sam from the prince, they are able to defeat the archer and executioner. Aragon soon causes a rampage in outside the kingdom in his dragon form. Sam encourages Dorathea to stand up to her brother and she reminds her that she has the same power as her brother. Dorathea removes the tiara from Sam's head and she helps Sam defeat her selfish brother for good. Danny ends Aragon's rampage by removing his amulet. Dorathea restores time in the kingdom. Danny and his friends return to the pageant, he admits to the girls that he didn't crown Sam as the winner. Danny finally gives Sam the crown and flower bouquet, but she rejects the prizes and she goes with Danny to Nasty Burger. Tucker tries to continue his popularity with the women, but he gets chased by Star.

Danny learns that Danielle is actually his clone... created by Vlad! she, like many of Vlad's other experiments, has a very unstable form, and will devolve into a puddle of ectoplasm if she uses too much energy. After Danielle assists Vlad in Danny's capture, Danny is taken to Vlad's house in Colorado, where Vlad makes it clear that he needs a DNA sample of Danny mid-morph. And he's about to do anything to get it. Can Danny convince his 'cousin' to turn on her creator, and help him escape? Will Sam and Tucker be able to rescue their friend in time? Or is this truly the end for Danny Phantom?
