Wheels Down

The pilots converge in a hangar to hash out last season's most dramatic stories and a hint at what's ahead for Season 2, along with the introduction of 18 year old rookie pilot Claire, who is Kerry's daughter.

Episode 2

Ice Breaker

Cory and Pete team up to deliver a Caravan to Kenya, but a blizzard and icing threaten the delivery. Marcio and Kerry reunite but this time Kerry is flying a single engine Cirrus, while Marcio runs into trouble with the oxygen system.

Episode 3

Cold Comfort

Battling a temperamental engine, Marcio and Kerry decide it's time to get some open water survival training. Pete and Cory get their own reality check, arriving in the Arctic sporting dress shoes and light jackets.

Episode 4

Flight US Interuptus

Pete and Cory face intense headwinds and a dwindling fuel supply. In Greenland, a bureaucratic mix up could force Marcio and Kerry to backtrack 1,000 kilometers. Marcio the foodie reluctantly dines out on some local cuisine, whale blubber.

Episode 5

Down to Deadline

Kerry and Marcio are in the final stretch of major delivery flight. Marcio needs to make it home to his very pregnant wife, and Pete and Cory suffer the consequences of a very wild night out in Iceland.

Episode 6

Earning Your Stripes

Cory and Pete take on the pilots holy grail of dangerous airports, Courchevel Airport in France. There is literally only one chance of a correct approach and absolutely no chance of a go around, if you get it wrong.

Episode 7

Storms a Brewin'

There is tension between Marcio and rookie pilot Lex, and some guidelines need to be followed, if Lex is to earn Marcio's respect. Claire McAuley goes on her first flight with dad Kerry.

Episode 8

Ground Turbulence

Kerry and Clare face bad weather on landing, and tension mounts. Stu and Brad have doubts when they are faced with an aircraft that has not flown for years and the test flight is full of problems.

Episode 9

Throttle Forward

The Pilots have a get together to re-hash some of the highs and lows of the season, with a sprinkling of never before seen footage, and some previews of the final episode.

Episode 10

Flight to the Finish

Tensions skyrocket on the final legs of the delivery flights, as aircraft systems fail, bureaucratic red tape halts proceedings, and Cory makes some unrealistic demands on some of his pilots.
