Clayton looks to follow through on his guarantee that he made at the Oil Baron's Ball to kill Wes Parmalee if he was a fraud. Cliff wants Jamie back after he found out that she owned Jack's 10% of Ewing Oil. JR tells Wendell that he is coming after him and it's going to hurt. The CIA tells JR that Calhoun was not on the casualty list in Saudi Arabia, and they are refusing to provide JR w/ protection. Jamie goes to California to head up Sue Ellen's business on the West coast. While Ray is having dinner w/ Jenna and Charlie, Donna drops by on her way home from DC to tell him she loves him but wants a divorce. Wendell and Cliff start talking again on how to put the Ewings out of business. A line breaks in Galveston, and JR believes Wendell is responsible but Calhoun calls quoting The Bible. He admits to damaging the pipeline and tells JR that that was just the beginning of his punishment. Jenna and Donna have lunch and Jenna tells Donna that she and Ray are just friends.

Gordon did get in touch w/ Calhoun, but after discussing JR's offer, Gordon ends up dead in JR's office w/ a note that says, "No deal". Pam is still freaking out a/b Jenna and Bobby's unborn baby. Donna tells Ellie a/b serving Ray w/ divorce papers and her plans to move out of Southfork. She tells Ray she plans on living and raising their baby in DC, and Ray meets w/ his lawyer to discuss his rights. Jeremy Wendell approaches April a/b her potential 5% in Ewing Oil. Jenna asks Bobby to a restaurant to return his investment on her boutique after selling it. She is still very adamant a/b not wanting Bobby to have anything to do w/ their baby, but he is also very adamant a/b being that baby's father. Jordan Lee tells Pam a/b Cliff selling his 11 million dollar investment w/ The Cartel to Marilee Stone for 70 cents on the dollar. Pam confronts Cliff and wants her money back including the 2 million he was supposed to use to stay in that deal w/ The Cartel. JR gives April her own condo and gives her a fist full of cash. She offers him "some", but he turns it down. Calhoun calls to tell JR that he bugged his office and knows all a/b the goons JR has been interviewing to take him out. Clayton meets w/ Mancuso, the man who gave Wes the polygraph. At a restaurant, Calhoun introduces himself to Sue Ellen as Peter Duncan.

The Ewing Oil building is to be sold and the Ewing Oil name cannot ever be used again. Cliff gets only ~60 million for his 5%, but it is never said how much cash the rest of the family was issued. The buyer of Ewing Oil is actually a subsidiary of West Star. Jeremy Wendell obviously wins the war. Wendell now owns all of Ewing Oil's assets and their building. Jenna has her baby, and as she is headed home Pam is being flown by helicopter to the Dallas Memorial Burn Unit. Pam was relaying to Bobby via cell phone that she had just been told by her OB that new advances will allow her to finally carry a baby to term. She was on her way home to Bobby to "get started" on her pregnancy when some sort of truck pulled out in front of her. She slammed into the side of the diesel, which caused a series of explosions to ensue.
