Learn your ABCs, simple words, and Seasons of the Year with the Cutie Pugs. The Cutie Pugs-Penny, Petey, Poppy and Pablo-learn their ABCs and simple first words in a series of fun, educational and accessible animated shorts for preschoolers ages two to five. The good-natured, funny Narrator introduces a new letter for each animated short, followed by simple nouns he "sounds out", beginning with each episode's special letter. Once the letter and words are established, the Cutie Pugs spring into action; playing or using the item(s) in close-to-home, backyard adventures. Words are specifically chosen for their familiarity to young children, such as ball, balloon and bird. The Cutie Pugs run, jump, play and engage in silly activities while they are learning, supporting maximum recall and engagement with children. Each letter is introduced clearly in both upper and lower cases and is represented in three words/items beginning with that letter. The final 4 episodes are stories of the pugs engaging in a funny activity in each season: Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter - and our audience is introduced to basic words and facts about that season. Each 2 minute animated short offers simple, focused and fun learning.
