Episode 1
Jed uses his spare time to write songs as he worries about losing his job, a London A&R man comes under fire for failing to find anything new, and an American music producer is asked for his opinion about a demo tape.
Episode 2
Ade has to race back to London to meet Jed after waking up in Brighton, a huge decision has to be made about moving away from Newcastle, and growing financial pressures mean that things need to get moving quickly.
Episode 3
Jed says one last goodbye to his magic lathe before making his big move, Rex get a shock when he threatens to put the blockers on any deal, and the reasoning behind a little musical disagreement soon becomes clear.
Episode 4
Emma can't hide her excitement when Jed and Ade fly off to the States, saving a drummer's life provides access to some quality musicians, and an invitation to the home of a country star is too good a chance to miss.
