When Norm misjudges his poker skills, he winds up losing both his and Sheila's wedding rings to Earl. Desperate to win them back before Sheila clues in, Norm employs Jake and his underhanded ways in a bid to win them back.

Salvation seems near when Jake and Roxy stumble across a map that may lead the way out of the canyon. No plan is foolproof, though, and there are plenty of fools in the canyon to ensure that nothing about their escape plan runs smoothly.

Angling to marry into money, Jake gets engaged to Pristine. Both the Wendells and Manderbelts want to call the wedding off, but neither of them wants to do it first and take the blame. This launches a high-stakes game of "chicken."

Tired of being bullied by Brandi, Jake takes a stand. Meanwhile, Norm keeps accidentally seeing the other residents in compromising situations, deciding the only way to return things to normal is to even the score.

With the arrival of a box of discarded baby monitors, Norm creates WNDL, the canyon's first and only radio station. Despite her fear of public speaking, Sheila becomes a minor celebrity because of her rage towards Vernon.

Sheila Wendell launches her own Canyon cosmetics company, but no one is buying...at least not from her. The candy kids discover a treasure trove of hidden candy and think they're set for life, until the candy starts to go missing.

Norm can't bear to see a person suffer, even if the person is a monkey. Outraged by Colton's treatment of Lippy, he kidnaps the monkey and hides him in the Wendell trailer.
Episode 17
The canyon is swept by mystery when a positive pregnancy test is found. Someone is going to have a baby, and the only question is who that someone is. In an attempt to impress his crush Brandi, Jake gets a tattoo.
Episode 18
Like any loving son, Jake gets rich promoting a boxing match for his father. Unfortunately, Norm gains a false confidence in his fighting abilities and begins to pick more fights.
