The rates of infection with the new virus and suicide cases increase, and things get out of control on a plane that Yassin is traveling on, crashing with passengers.

Yassin survives the plane crash, Sameh, Shorouk, and Nihal are released after being detained in the hospital, and the injured begin to exhibit aggressive behavior toward humans.

Sameh is arrested, and in a flashback, Yassin remembers that he caused the death of his son Ali. In the present, Yassin and Rami, led by Sameh, succeed in reaching Laboratory C.

Yassin doubts the new vaccine for the virus, Saad is killed by an unknown person, it becomes clear that Iman killed her husband, Hamza, Alia's baby, dies, and one of the infected people attacks Sameh.

Yassin discovers that the virus mutates and is transmitted through infected people biting victims. Things get out of control in the hospital with the spread of the walking dead. Saif and Rami succeed in obtaining fuel and returning to the hospital.

Nader and his son die at the hands of Hala, and Rami and Yassin confront the injured, while the survivors inside the hospital succeed in escaping in his car.

Yassin and his group are stranded in an abandoned building. Yassin tries to find out the secret behind why the infected did not attack some of the survivors. Iman is killed by her daughter, and Aziz throws his wife Hind among the injured after discovering her betrayal with Saif.

Saif kills Aziz after he discovers his relationship with Hind, Farida is killed by her brother, while Yassin is shot in the shoulder, and Yassin's group boards the train heading to the safe zone.

Yassin apologizes to Nihal for causing the failure of their marriage, and the infected attack the train, so Rami sacrifices himself by disconnecting the last car from the train.
Episode 15

Saif confesses to Yassin that he caused his dismissal from work and that Ali did not die of the Corona virus. The train overturns and Saif and Fatin die. Yassin discovers that formalin helps protect against infected people, and the disease is contained and life returns to normal.
