A special unit of the Jersey City (NJ) Police Department sets up a "sting" in various sections of the city to catch thieves who break into parked trucks. They leave an apparently disabled trailer truck parked on a residential street and set up surveillance on the truck to catch thieves breaking into it. In another case, police stop a suspicious man leaving a supermarket with bags of items that he apparently didn't pay for, and when he's stopped he claims that he paid for it all but "just threw the receipts away".
