Spencer and the crew are having some bad weather, but that doesn't stop them, it inspires some decadent brunch dishes including Apple Cereal Dusted Popovers, a sweet potato skillet and an easy bacon bread pudding eggs Benedict.

Peak behind he scenes as Spencer juggles social media demands with his on-camera work. He makes a jumbo rib sandwich, a crispy fish sandwich, and a knock your "sauce" off French onion soup inspired smash burger with a chip crusted bun.

Sleeping while away doesn't come easy, but when you wrap your hands around a steamy bowl of food, delicious aromas filling the air - things start to feel like home.

Spencer tells us who's the biggest diva on the set of a food show and then whips us some dressed up comfort food. A Chicken kiev with thai red curry butter, a rich sauce covered Steak Diane, and a Morroccan spiced squash puff pastry tart.

Spencer and crew share a special bond. Spencer makes Chinese 5-spice Chicken, then he shares his fifteen minutes lamb bolognese on creamy polenta, and finally a spiced pork loin with honeyed root veg and apple butter.

It's all about cheese that melts, pulls and puffs -what's more comforting than that? Spencer makes an ooey gooey spaetzle mac and cheese, a beer cheese soup, then some simple disappearing cheese puffs. Who said cheesy was bad?

All business and no play - what fun is that? Spencer makes game day food including BBQ beef and bacon armadillo eggs, delicious dill pickle chip coated chicken wings, and finally a skillet baked cambozola with an apple mostarda. Game On.

For the love of snow and the warmth of delicious food on a cold day, Spencer keeps the dishes to a minimum with his Ham hock and barley risotto, a seafood and sausage gumbo with puff pastry, and Tuscan pork chops with cannellini beans.

Sometimes a little sweetness brings a lot of comfort so as the Crew say goodbye to one member, they indulge his sweet tooth with funfetti donuts, some PB&J stuffed cookie, and then a decadent decked out carrot cake waffle cake.

Friendships get better with time and food can be even better the next day. Spencer uses left over BBQ chicken to dress up some fried tortillas, left-over salmon in his sweet and sticky rice cakes, then potatoes into loaded spring rolls.

The lake may be frozen, but Spencer knows how to dress seafood for a cozy night by the fire. First, his succulent stuffed salmon, then crispy coconut shrimp with pineapple rum sauce and finally, mussels with lime, chilli and wine sauce.

Inspired by creative people, strong women and passionate food lovers, Spencer shares some comfort food faves inspired by those around him. You might recognize a twist on some of mom and grandma's classic recipes.

Cold nights mean game nights and Spencer pulls out all the stops while we laugh at his behind the scenes bloopers. Play and pick at Pepperoni Arancini, Galactic Chicken Bites, and popcorn margaritas with margarita popcorn. Everyone wins.
Episode 15
The crew works hard and Spencer is grateful. He makes S'more inspired no bake cheesecake with a s'more inspired dessert cocktail; sheet pan pizza, and sushi squares with marinated saki marinated salmon and miso glaze. Happy last episode.
