Mylie, a mermaid, is prepared to sacrifice her immortality to the sea hag, an evil witch who must deliver eternal life to the skeleton demon Necron, in order to share life with her human lover Craig Wilson, a hunky businessman, and needs him to explicitly express his true love for her, which seems utterly pointless fussing to him, so Mylie turns to hearts column writer Phoebe, who is resuming her career, like Paige who even gets a promotion to social worker. Phoebe had thoroughly prepared her divorce on account of Cole's disappearance, but at the very moment the judge was about to sign, his presence completely undoes her plan. Cole has resumed his job as lawyer, and is determined to help Darryl too, whether his impressive magical powers are wanted or not. While the sisters help Mylie, Phoebe gets transformed into a mermaid herself, increasingly subject to the call of the ocean...

Pregnant Piper seeks help form grandma Penny 'Grams' Halliwell, who is turned into a wolf, requiring Leo's help. Paige is poisoned with snow white's apple by Huntsman, enter the dwarfs to preserve her body.

Phoebe's next vision at Teresa's funeral makes the Charmed sisters and Leo protect Lydia, who has her own human gypsy magic to contribute, and Ava -still incredulous- against the demonic pair...

Meanwhile warlock Bacarra passes a time-portal and proves to Cole to be a messenger from and councilor at the throne of the future Cole, then the greatest Source ever, sent to prevent Phoebe getting killed after continuing for six months to save Miles, who is inevitably destined for the Angel of Death. When Cole refuses to kill Miles and thus incur Phoebe's hatred, Bacarra says he'll do it himself, but has his own evil agenda: he teams up with his own present, still measly persona, making their own bid for power at the Sisters' expense...

After Cole vanquishes two violent robbers who shoot at him in a bar, Phoebe tells him coldly she'll vanquish him if he kills another human, the Avatars of Force and Power tell him it's only a matter of time till he joins their rare kind, which is both good and evil, in establishing an inedited rule over earth. Piper auditions magical nannies, not easy during demonic attacks, such as a black lighter's arrow shooting Samuel. Piper and Phoebe recognize Sam: their mom's forbidden lover and Paige's father, white lighter Sam Wilder, who has however given up magic and is unwilling to have anything to do with the girls, still fearing he is bad news. The attacker, tracker demon Ronan, reports to Cole, who regenerates his arm and more, looking for a confrontation with Phoebe and be vanquished if that is possible...

Paige steals Isis's crystal but the scribing is just too late to prevent Jeric seizing Phoebe to a tomb in Egypt. When Piper and Page seek help from Cole, whose suicide attempts still all fail, he is well-informed and decides to propose Jeric a deal, exchanging Phoebe for Paige...

When the real Phoebe caches Cole kissing transformed Kaia, she's locked up and replaced by Kaia, who convinces Piper to take (the real) Phoebe's powers away "while she's under Cole's influence". Cole explains to Phoebe his plan is to get to the Shadow in the nexus under the Halliwell manor, as security for Paige's bond...

In his twisted attempt to win Phoebe back, Cole casts a spell that alters reality, which eliminates Paige as a Halliwell and destroys the Power of Three. Meanwhile, Paige suddenly finds that her sisters have no knowledge of her existence and that past villains are still alive, meaning all the innocents they saved are dead. Paige recreates the Power of Three and regains her powers. Using them, she retrieves the vanquishing potion she made to kill the vulnerable Cole and prepares to finally kill him, but is stopped by Phoebe. Cole does not try to escape, thinking Phoebe loves him too much to kill him, but Phoebe throws the potion herself, finally killing Cole. Cole's death reverts the world to normal and only Paige remembers what happened.

Cronyn convinces Phoebe and Paige to attend a summit between good and evil to study how magic can be resurrected, but suspecting foul play is in evil's nature the Charmed sisters prepare a non-magic armory to be on the safe side...

Paige masquerades as a hawker to set a trap at the evil market, alas on her own, and gets caught by two hawkers, who steal her powers and during Phoebe and Piper's rescue mission attack in the mansion, with a surprise outcome...

The battle is up between given and stolen luck mixed with each side's magic, but soon makes victims, causing doubts while a trap is set...

The demon brothers Tull and Xavier try to force the wood nymphs to show them the Eternal Spring of new life -drinking of it renders immortal- by killing their protecting satyrs, so they flee to a Frisco city fountain, where they become a TV subject. The Charmed sisters take the two who escaped the first demon attack -wounding one demon- there in for protection, but nymphs need to mix with nature or both will wilt. Paige was taking the lead already, to Piper's initial dismay, then a kiss makes her turn into a nymph, suppressing her witch-nature. The nympho trio rushes off, looking for satyrs, so the demon's can lure them by playing the satyr's pan-flute. Phoebe and Piper come to the rescue ...

Episode 20

While at the fair, the Crone turns a monkey totem of Hear No Evil, See No Evil, Speak No Evil into a real monkey. This monkey takes Paige's voice, Phoebe's hearing, and Piper's eyesight; leaving the girls vulnerable to attack so the Crone can capture Wyatt. While Piper bonds with baby Wyatt, Phoebe falls for her new boss, Jason.

It's time for baby Wyatt to get a wiccaning, the ceremony to make him join the side of good. The Charmed sisters hope to be prepared by eliminating several types of 'risk demons', then summon granny Penny who will summon the ancestral line and perform the rite, but she points out they overlooked one: the Necromancer, a 'demonic Dracula' turned into a ghost years ago, who has a lower demon as assistant to capture weak spirits whose essence he consumes to exist, but has the ambition to return to life at the expense of a powerful magic being, ideally Wyatt. The sisters go vanquish the Necromancer, but soon realize he's Penny's former forbidden lover, Armand, alas only after he manages to capture granny, tries to rekindle their romance and puts a spell on her... Meanwhile Paige uses a truth spell to find out if her understanding lover Nate is the right mate, only to find he has a wife and kids; Jason asks Phoebe to move with him to Hong Kong.

The sisters and most of the world already felt rising heat, then Paige takes Phoebe to the Titan warming spot, and Leo consults the Elders about the ominous situation when earthquakes kick in. Then Paige is frozen by Meta, but the other sisters saved by a white lighter from the future, youngster Chris, who came to revert a disastrous future after a total Titan take-over, and his scenario is as shocking for Leo as the Titans' spectacular move against good...
