Episode 1
George Clarke returns to Spain to see how Nick Vallance and his family got on after deciding to leave their home in Surrey to make a fresh start in Spain. The family moved to the South of Spain with their two boys to turn a 400 year old Andalucian Palace into a boutique hotel and family home.
Episode 2
George Clarke revisits Adrian and Denise Nuttal, who, in 2006, had decided to convert a run-down garden centre and a 400-year-old barn and farmhouse in the Suffolk countryside into a chili farm and a Mexican restaurant. Sixteen months on he finds out whether their dream came true.
Episode 3
George Clarke returns to Norfolk to see how David Forster, a madcap engineer and inventor, has progressed with the conversion into a family home of a Victorian water tower, which is located in an isolated forest. George has been following David's progress for three years and is keen to see whether he has managed to fulfil his dream.

George returns to Norfolk to catch up with Steve and Lorraine Kinsey from Stoke who moved 250 miles to the Norfolk Coast for a fresh start to enjoy the countryside and beaches with their two sons. He wants to see whether they managed to convert a three hundred year old barn into a family home.

George Clarke revisits Andrew and Anona, who moved to the Pembrokeshire coast to open a pair of luxury holiday cottages to provide enough money to save the 160-acre family farm, which Anona's parents are finding difficult to keep afloat. Despite some serious financial setbacks, what will George find when he returns?

Mick and Jenny Wilmer and their their two children left the gritty life in Grimsby to move to the beauty of the rugged south west coast of Scotland. They sold everything they owned in Grimsby to restore and make a new home from the ruins of a 600 year old farmhouse. George returns to see if they managed to complete their dream new life.
