But the stakes are doubled when Caesars offers Buddy the opportunity to pitch them a new restaurant concept for their most coveted spot in the Food Hall. It's a family affair when the Valastro's converge on Vegas to make the pitch and the cake reveal of a lifetime.

Buddy and the team embark on an enormous cake for the Meadowlands State Fair during the same week that a giant retailer tests Buddy's ability to produce 90,000 cakes per month for their nationwide stores. Buddy struggles with extreme shoulder pain as he juggles enormous pressure and Junior's looming decision on whether he wants to stay working at the factory or head off to college.
