Richard sets out to meet an extraordinary woman, the only commercial fisherwoman in the entire country. He begins his journey in Santiago, Chile's capital, and travels to Valparaiso, a seaport filled with remarkable art painted on buildings and the "cueca brava" music that unites Chileans young and old. In the tiny village of Horcon, he meets fisherwoman Eugenia Ogaz, and launches into the Pacific to discover how she's faced danger for 40 years on the open seas.
