Bionic Six's J.D. and arch villain Dr. Scarab attempt to reach the secret mystical arcadian land in Africa called Valley of Shadows and locate the source of its magical power first.

Bunji (Karate-1) is attacked while meditating in front of a small and gentle flame by some kind of ninjas, even when he is not surprised off-guard, his adoptive brother and sister, Sport-1 and Rock-1, come to his help and attack his opponents hard and he tells them they just damaged some perfectly good "ninjoids" Professor Amadeus provided him with to train. Later, the Professor shows them a recording where men of Dr. Scarab attack a Martial Arts School and steal a manuscript with the location of "Dragon's Rock" a remote island in the sea of China where many of the best Martial Artists in the world compete and he has made arrangements for Bunji to infiltrate the competition and find out what Scarab and his men are searching for. What Dr. Scarab wants is to find a way to use the KI power of Martial Arts for evil purposes.

When Eric is invited to try out for the New York Yankees, the Bionic Six head to the Big Apple...just as the city is threatened by an oncoming meteor.

While Mother-1 is in the middle of an undersea exploration, a very strong earthquake occurs. Bionic-1 asks her to abort her diving but she refuses. The earthquake reveals a beautiful environment with telepathic individuals all linked to each other. Madame-O and Klunk are sent by Dr. Scarab to examine the place of the undersea earthquake epicenter. Mother-1 becomes very friendly with one of the organisms of this peculiar sub-aquatic ecosystem and this organism agrees to go with her to the surface for her friends to examine. When Klunk sees this creature from afar, he thinks to be in love with her.

Dr. Scarab creates a radio station that he uses as cover to transmit a frequency that disrupts bionics.

Dr. Hugo Fish creates a food capable of increasing a creature's intelligence by tenfold. Dr. Fish decides to debut his creation at the Paris Food Conference. But Madame-O steals a sample of his Brain Food and gives it to Scarab.

Prof. Sharp and the Bionic Six appear at the Sheldrake Academy, where Sharp debuts various pieces of equipment for disabled children. One student shows his bitterness to the team, and Scarab's group convinces him to turn on the Bionic Six.

Jack Bennett had taken his family on a trip to the Himalayas. During this trip, Jack and his family become trapped under radioactive snow. Not seeing another way to save their lives, Jack permits Professor Sharp to operate on his family.

Professor Sharp creates a time-doorway, allowing Helen to visit the dinosaur age. Scarab pursues her, in order to exploit the secrets of the past. His presence overloads the doorway, and a dinosaur-stampede threatens the present.

Due to Glove's interference, dinosaurs pour through Sharp's generator in the Mojave Desert. While Bionic-1, Karate-1, and Rock-1 deal with the dinosaurs in the present, the others must deal with Scarab's goons in the past.

A TV show with a giant robot is a favorite of both F.L.U.F.F.I. and the Mechanic. When the Mechanic realizes that the hero Cycron is really an actor, he traps and replaces him. Mechanic-Cycron tricks F.L.U.F.F.I. into doing his bidding.

When Scarab attacks a microwave receiving station, the Bionic Six arrive to stop him. However, Scarab's attack was just a ploy in order to capture Sport-1. Once captured, Scarab tricks Sport-1 into thinking he is 30 years in the future.

Meg gets frustrated after being asked out at high school by a geeky freshman and a fourteen-year-old scientist. However, one of them holds a secret - one that Scarab desires.

The Bennett family get tickets to the Old-Timers' Game. A retired baseball player returns after a disappearance of 30 years. It appears that he has not aged a day. This "eternally young" baseball player draws the attention of Dr. Scarab.

Sharp receives a message from an ally of Karate-1. The Bionic Six travel to Japan, where they must protect the village from the threat of ghosts from the past.

Sharp and a team of archaeologists discover a map to an ancient treasure. Bionic One turns over command of the team to the kids, and they must learn how to work together before Dr. Scarab gains control the Crown of the Scarab King.

When all technology in the Middle Eastern nation Shariar dies, Sharp sends the team to investigate. Once there, Mother-1 is kidnapped by a sentient reality-altering computer that requires the feeding of more data.

A strange man calling himself the "Perceptor" declares a one-man war on technology. However, when the team discovers that the professor is covering for the vigilante, they realize there is more than meets the eye about the Perceptor.

Dr. Fish unveils his latest invention: the Fish Art Demolecularizer. His device is able to recreate masterpieces of art. The Bionic Six stop Mechanic who tries to kidnap Dr. Fish, but Fish was actually replaced by Glove.

Without parental supervision, an intimate gathering at the Bennett residence becomes a wild bash...and it doesn't help when Scarab's disguised Minions of Destruction opt to crash the forbidden festivities.
