Danny visits North Preston, a rural community in Halifax that is the oldest and largest Black community in Canada. Danny meets with 'Puddy', a local celebrity of the community, who recalls the history of the black community in Nova Scotia (going back 400 years), as well as the 'Coloured Hockey League' that was formed in 1895 and lasted for several decades. After his sit-down at Puddy's family home, Danny goes to the new, local basketball court and meets with the community member who raised $300K to make the court a reality. He also links up with Lindell Wiggiton, a North Preston native who was recently signed to the Raptors' Summer League, to talk about his journey and growing up in the community, Danny sets out to Sober Island to visit the Sober Island Oysters farm. Danny and his friends head out with the owner of the farm to see how the oysters are raised and harvested. Danny and his friends travel back to downtown Halifax to enjoy a fresh seafood meal at Press Gang. They dive into oysters from Sober Island, as well as other maritime classics such as lobster, shrimp and scallops. Over dinner, the friends get close and personal discussing Danny's thoughts on his free agency thus far. Danny attends a party in Halifax to celebrate the Raptors' win. While at the event, Danny fields free agency calls with the Raptors and the Lakers. Back at his hotel room, Danny catches his breathe, while his personal barber cuts his hair. Danny openly reflects on his free agency journey, and the big decision ahead of him.

Danny visits the Wasps FC, a local soccer club made up entirely of refugees, from the Democratic Republic of Congo and Rwanda. Danny plays a game of pick-up with the team and learns about the team's history and their late founder. Danny also speaks with former Wasps FC player, Seidu Mohammed, who lost both his hands after robbed in -30 C weather, when he and another man were trying to cross the border to seek refuge in Canada. Danny visits IG Field and participates in drills with a few of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, and relives his days of playing football in New York. Danny visits a local basketball court to meet up with an Ingenious community. He learns about the mentorship and basketball league that connects with youth, serving as an outlet from the crushing poverty and political strife of their daily lives. Danny and his friends enjoy dinner at a local steakhouse. They talk about growing up together in Long Island, the training camps they are developing across Canada, their experiences with adversity and how that shaped their strive for creating a better future for youth today. Danny sits with his two closest friends to make his free agency decision.

Danny meets with NHL San Jose Sharks player, Evander Kane at a local sports supply store - the store Evander has shopped at since he was a kid. Danny is fitted with his first pair of pads and skates. While picking out equipment and driving to the rink, they discuss life growing up in Vancouver, Evander's struggle to afford to play hockey, and playing in a predominantly white sport. Evander teaches Danny how to skate and play goalie. Danny and his friends embark out on the Pacific Ocean to whale watch. Danny learns about local orcas and how pods are tracked and monitored through sightings. Danny discovers Vancouver's famous Chinatown when he and his friends meet with members of the award-winning Lion and Dragon Dance Troupe. They learn about the dance's history and the community it serves. Danny and his friends show off their dancing skills, when asked to join the Dragon Dance performance. Danny connects with Vancouver native, and high-demand tattoo artist Steve Wiebe. Steve's work can be seen on many NBA players. Steve sits down with Danny to give him a new tattoo and talk about the art and lifestyle. Danny and his friend go to Tojo's Restaurant, an internationally recognized Japanese fine-dining restaurant. They are served by Chef Tojo himself, who is renowned as one of the 'Top 10 Best Sushi Chef in the World' and the inventor of the California roll. Danny makes his final decision about free agency, and calls his agent to sign with his new team.

On the season finale, Danny returns to Toronto for one last farewell before moving to LA, connecting with Russell Peters, Simu Liu, producer Boi-1da, the Toronto Blue Jays, and says goodbye to fellow Raptors Serge Ibaka and Fred Vanvleet.
