At Oklahoma County Jail, Sisters Kerina, 16 and Siera, 14, worship the violent lyrics of the Insane Clown Posse, but once inside, deputies slap clown-style makeup on their faces turning their obsession into humiliation. 15-year-old gang member Cortasia enters the program arguing with inmates and resisting deputies at every turn. But when she comes face-to-face with her older cousin, an inmate who breaks down pleading with her to change, her tough exterior begins to crack. Meanwhile, Brynlee, 17, who physically abuses his parents, is forced to confront his rage in front of inmates who've lost everything. And 12-year-old Jordan, a weed smoker and truant, tries to escape the program altogether forcing deputies track her down, drag her in, and give her a front-row seat to the brutal world she's heading toward.

Now, trapped inside the jail's female cellblock, she's confronted with the harsh and hellish reality of what running away could truly cost her; 13-year-old Teondra walks in with attitude and fists ready, but once she's surrounded by aggressive inmates, she realizes the fight behind bars is one she's not prepared for.

During a tense courtroom session, deputies run his prints, and to his relief, they come back clean. Meanwhile, fighters Mariah, 13, and Aleasia, 15, think they're the toughest girls in town until they enter the women's cellblock and face real inmates who've lived the lives they glamorize.

Jonquavious, 16, mocks and taunts his disabled grandmother at home but finds himself trapped in a cell with two aggressive inmates. Meanwhile Sixteen-year-old stoner Joseph learns what the word "boy" really means behind bars.
