Aikisha tries to heal the broken Collective by throwing a "Collective Correction" on Farish Street. The rest of the Belles aren't sue but decide to attend anyway. The women come to an agreement to be honest with each other and try to move forward. Latrice is feeling the stress of opening a restaurant and enlists a friend to help. Lateshia is feeling frustration in her marriage with Glen, who assures her that they are on the right path. Marie gets blindsided by family drama.

Lateshia and Latrice meet to talk over what happened at the reunion and while Latrice is a bit skeptical, they decide to move forward. Aikisha finally has a diagnosis for her health issues: she's post-menopausal. This helps to inspire a new business venture, but her menopause complicates the love life with her husband Willie. Latrice and her husband Cliff butt heads over everything, from how many palm trees should go in their yard to their new restaurant. A powerful storm blows through Jackson, knocking out Aikisha's power and forcing her to move Willie's birthday party from their home to a fish fry-themed party at a park. At the party, Latrice surprises everyone with her plus one: Selena. Lateshia tries to get Marie to make up with both Tambra and Latrice.

While out getting ice cream, Demond presses Tambra to make things right with Marie. Lateshia hosts an improvisation class to bring the Belles together, but unexpected guests bring the real-life drama and steal the show.

Antoinette's presence at the improvisation class causes a ton of chaos. Lateshia invites the Belles -- minus Antoinette -- to her brunch in New Orleans. Marie and Tambra finally talk. Willie attempts to bond with the Belle men with disastrous results. One Belle's home gets visited by gun violence. At Ari's birthday party, Sogucci opens up the girls about Dee's mental health struggles and Marie confides in Dee. Cliff makes a surprise appearance at Lateshia Pearson Enterprise and gets in over his head in the Pearsons' martial strife.
