Episode 1
The season opener introduces the first three of 18 Indigenous entrepreneurs who will pitch their business expansion plans to our panel of Indigenous business experts, 'The Bears' and Guest Judges over nine episodes. One business owner will win $10,000 on each of the first six try-out episodes and the chance to advance to the season finale to compete for the grand prize of $100,000. The three Indigenous business women role models competing today set the stage for Canada's new 'Reality TV series with REAL impact' that puts a social-impact focus and Indigenous Twists on mainstream TV business competitions.

Episode 2
Three inspiring Indigenous businesswomen showcase their products and services to the 'The Bears' and today's Guest Judge to try to earn the $10,000 prize awarded during each of the first six episodes of Bears' Lair. These three matriarchs succeed in finding ways to balance the need to uphold their traditional protocols and protect Indigenous Knowledge with sharing their wealth of Indigenous teachings with the world. Episode 2 - Sharing Our Traditions features herbalist June Anthony-Reeves of Up the Hill at Loakin, traditional dancer Deanne Hupfield of Regailia.Making.com and Amanda Balsillie of Four Directions Holistic Counselling. The on-screen Episode Coach is Tamara Goddard of the Saulteaux Nation and Episode Guest Judge John Gailus of DGW Law.
Episode 3
These 3 Indigenous entrepreneurs create quite a stir by tempting taste buds on Bears' Lair with their businesses creating custom cake designs, micro-brew bespoke beverages and unique line of traditionally-inspired seasonings and bitters.
Episode 4
These diverse Indigenous innovators impress the Bears and Guest Judge Teara Fraser with environmentally-friendly baby care products, a solar-powered invention to address health concerns and new tech to improve food security sovereignty.
Episode 5
It showcases Indigenous entrepreneurs who strengthen bodies with a touch of culture. Meet the owner of Canada's first accredited tattoo/body art college, a Cree personal trainer and sisters creating self-care products.
Episode 6
Meet 3 creative Indigenous young entrepreneurs with emerging businesses and unique products that celebrate their cultural teachings through metal manufacturing, designing 'Native swag' and repurposing and re-imagining scrap wood into art.
