Aamer successfully reunited Haircut 100 for a one-night Reunion. Big in the UK in 1981, the boys transported their hit "Love Plus One" to the States in 1982 where it peaked in the Top 40.

Despite his impressive efforts, Aamer was not successful in getting the kids to return to their neighborhood. Danny Wood refused a camera interview. The Knight brothers were up to it, but Joey preferred a reunion on the Kids' terms.

Aamer gave it his best, but only two of the original members made it to the one-night only reunion. The bassist from Kajagoogoo and some session musicians filled in the space for an enjoyable concert.

It was tough and tense for a while, but Aamer got the original Motels back together for a one-night reunion. Right after lead singer Martha Davis told Aamer he'd be on drums, he went into the hallway and got Brian Glascock.
