Dirk and Ruckus are out patrolling the strip for bad tattoos when they run into Jules, a young lady suffering from bad tattoo decisions made on a trip to Sturgis. Jules' ink goes to show that "Buy One, Get One Free" isn't always the best deal. Then the guys meet Erica, a cutie who lives with regret over a tattoo she got back in high school. As a typical teenager trying to revolt she let her high school boyfriend tattoo her in an intimate area. And later, the guys get a call from Michael, an ex-male stripper and the victim of a tattoo that looks like he was attacked by a wild beast.

Next, the guys stop for lunch in Chinatown and meet Joanne, an extremely compassionate nurse with a tattoo that's interfering with her work. Her ink is in Chinese and it turns out, what it says isn't so nice. And later, Dirk and Ruckus get a call from Jordan, a girl living with a tattoo that's ruining her sex life.
