On sick leave and upset by the death of a patient, Benoît consults a therapist. Béatrice has difficulty in accepting Gabriel's silence. A certain tactlessness on the part of Mr P leads her to question her therapy. Zacharie is shattered to learn he has to follow his mother to Japan.

Gabriel is back but Béatrice, hurt by his long absence, hesitates before seeing him again. She finally decides to give him a second chance but in the end discovers Gabriel still hasn't told her everything. Worried by Océanne's behaviour, Isabelle wants to move back to her own place.

Béatrice cuts all communication with Gabriel who refuses to accept their break-up, constantly pestering her to try to explain himself. Bernard wants Gin to accompany him to Haiti to work on his project. The mysterious illness of a young tattooed man leads Béatrice to reflect on her own situation.
Episode 8
The emergency department is in quarantine because of a patient who shows all the symptoms of the Ebola virus. Véronique is ill and there are fears that her life is in danger. Béatrice and her team will have to work closely together to survive the crisis.
Episode 9
A wedding and a whirlwind: With the remarriage of Christophe and Isabelle, Béatrice realizes that her family is her rock. In the emergency department, the arrival of a patient in a critical condition provokes a whirlwind of emotions and Béatrice inadvertently wounds the people she loves by trying to honor her doctor's oath.
Episode 10
Freed: Whilst Louis Leblanc is in a critical condition, Danny confides in Béatrice. Benoît receives a call from Japan: things aren't going well for Zacharie. Caroline realizes that Luc isn't the father she was wants for Dana. Béatrice reassures those closest to her and encourages them to forge ahead.
Episode 11
Family is all. Béatrice, Benoît and Zacharie return from Japan. For the latter, the return is particularly difficult. Véronique has to tell a patient who has just found his daughter again, that he is suffering from an incurable disease. Béatrice contacts Mr P again and takes an important decision.
Episode 12
It's an ill wind: Zacharie is finding it difficult to adapt to his new life. A management job becomes available in the Emergency Department. Bannon wants it, but Béatrice already has a plan to fill it. As Gin returns totally transformed after her experience in Haiti, Béatrice announces her marriage to Benoît.

The prisoner: Gabriel arrives on Beatrice's doorstep, to her stupefaction. He's come to apologies, but she realises too late how deeply unwell he still is. Will she be able to handle this show-down that could turn to tragedy? She discusses a worrying memory with Mr P, brought to mind by the confrontation.

Rebuilding confidence: As Béatrice finds an unexpected solution to her personal problems, Christophe, after having admitted one of his patients to St-Hyppolyte, wonders about his ability as a doctor. Gin takes her life in a new direction. Béatrice injures herself whilst treating a patient with a needle phobia.
Episode 18
The little flame: While Béatrice and Benoît are officially parents of Zacharie, the new mother doubts herself. Benoît helps Christophe close his doctor's office. Véronique is not insensitive to the charm of a patient but wonders if it is really ethical .

Ep Nothing to worry about? Christophe is looking forward to enjoying his retirement with his family, but something's not quite right. Benoît helps Éléonore contact her father again, after three years of absence. Manuel and Véronique get to know one another, but she's uncertain about getting into a relationship.

The orphan: Béatrice finds it difficult to accept the death of her father and finds some comfort with Zacharie. On returning to work, she meets a new doctor, Maxime Dubois. A teenager suffering from repeated miscarriages worries Béatrice who asks Benoît to examine her.
