Hearing that, Arthur changes his mind and does not tell them that Mister Rogers is staying at his house. /'Draw!': Lakewood Elementary is going to have a Teacher's Charity Carnival, where teachers perform. When Fern says that she likes Mr. Ratburn's puppet shows, Francine says that puppet shows are "boring kids' stuff." Hurt by Francine's comments, Fern gets even by drawing cartoons that make fun of Francine. The other kids decide to draw cartoons about Francine also.
