Mrs. Canby is promised $140.00 per box of sewed clothing ($1.40 for each piece), whereas she only receives $80.00 for the first box. Archie Bunker then goes to the main office of the clothing manufacturer to ask for the additional $50.00 Mrs. Canby is owed. Archie receives a lesson in how money is made in the "real" world.
