Episode 1
Andy, Jen and Scout blast off on a global adventure to Peru, South America, to uncover the stinky secret of a colony of Humboldt penguins. Along the way, Andy encounters some boisterous sea lions and tries a bit of crowd surfing.
Episode 2
Andy, Jen and Scout jet off in the Explorer to Singapore on a global adventure to help guide a smooth-coated otter family back to the safety of a nearby river.
Episode 3
Andy, Jen and Scout head off on another global adventure to explore the Okavango Delta in Botswana, Africa. Their mission is to discover what is creating mysterious new waterways in wetlands. Along the way, Andy shrinks down and climbs a giant giraffe, before hitching a ride with an oxpecker bird, but after a daring dash across the river, leaping from hippo to hippo he gets stuck in the mud. Will his robotic assistant Scout be able to free him before he is flattened by two angry hippopotamuses and together can they uncover the mystery of the Delta?
Episode 4
Andy, Jen and Scout head to Bonito in the Amazon rainforest on another global adventure. This time they investigate the piraputanga, a species of fish in an attempt to complete another mission from HQ. Along the way, Andy teams up with a troop of brown capuchins and discovers how the piraputanga are able to leap from the water to feed on wild berries in the trees high above.
Episode 5
Andy, Jen and Scout embark on a global adventure in Thailand's wetlands on a mission to discover a way to stop invasive golden apple snails from devouring the vegetation. Along the way, Jen must turn action hero to fix a massive failure of the Explorer's flight systems, Scout gets stuck in the swamp, whilst Andy hitches a ride with a bird called a purple swamphen which might just provide the key to completing their mission.
Episode 6
Andy, Jen and Scout jet off in the Explorer to Vienna, Austria, on a global adventure to solve the mystery of an animal behaving strangely in a churchyard. Along the way, Andy meets a wild European hamster with a taste for flowers and candle wax.
Episode 7
Andy, Jen and Scout embark on a global adventure to Mongolia in eastern Asia to uncover the mystery of moving rocks, only to discover it's a mother Pallas's cat out hunting for her kittens. Along the way, Andy takes a ride with a Bactrian camel.
Episode 8
Andy, Jen and Scout jet to the Sea of Cortez in Central America to rescue a swollen-nosed side-blotched lizard. They discover its taste for salty seafood means it sneezes out the excess salt. Along the way, Andy goes swimming with some acrobatic sea lions.
Episode 9
Andy, Jen and Scout jet off in the Explorer, embarking on a global adventure to Kenya. This time their mission sends them in search of spotted hyenas to try and discover how the hyenas use a secret body language to communicate. Along the way Andy gets lost and has a close encounter with sleeping lion.
Episode 10
Andy, Jen and Scout head to the Amazon rainforest on a global adventure to discover how scarlet macaw chicks get the vital salt they need in their diet in order to survive. Along the way, Andy meets a poison dart frog and takes to the skies on a scarlet macaw.
Episode 11
Andy, Jen and Scout head to Africa on a global adventure to explore Uganda's impenetrable forest. Their mission - to track down a new baby gorilla who's just learning how to climb and forage for himself. Along the way and gets caught up in some creepers and must call on Scout for help.
Episode 12
Andy, Jen and Scout head off on a global adventure to California, on the west coast of America, in search of a sea otter mother and pup that are living in a busy boating marina, whilst completing HQ's mission, to discover the source of a peculiar sound. Along the way Andy must protect a lone sea otter pup whilst dodging some unexpected objects from the local golf course.
Episode 13
Andy, Jen and Scout embark on a global adventure to Missouri in America. The mission is to discover the creatures thriving in the tiny wild spaces between crop fields. Along the way, they meet a family of bobwhite quails as well as a hungry kestrel.
Episode 14
Andy, Jen and Scout jet off in the Explorer and head to Thailand on a global adventure in search of long-tailed macaques. In this epic adventure Andy and Scout must descend a huge cliff face to reach a monastery deep in the jungle, before travelling to a tropical beach, where they discover macaques have an appetite for shellfish.
Episode 15
Andy, Jen and Scout head to Asia on a global adventure to the frozen extremes of Siberia to discover why Kamchatka brown bears are gathering at an active volcano. Along the way, they meet a Siberian flying squirrel who helps them land safely when the Explorer suffers a mid-air malfunction.
