She quickly realizes she will be competing with chefs, not just from her home state, but her home city - New York. Three chefs representing the diverse cuisine of NYC will have to be strategic when picking ingredients to use in round one in hopes to knock Alex out of the competition. In round 2, the celebration of New York continues with the remaining chefs using their cooking skills to vie for the top spot. Who will be named the champion of this New York City battle?

These cool treat experts from across America, will have to be strategic when picking ingredients they think will take Alex out in round one. Will these dessert aficionados give Alex a run for her money? In a competitive round two, Duff Goldman and Natasha Case will determine if one of these chefs are cool and collected enough to beat Alex in her own kitchen.

Host Eric Adjepong welcomes three chefs, all specializing in the king of crustaceans, Lobster. These lobster experts from Maine, New York, and Connecticut, will take Alex on in a two round competition. The chefs will choose what type of ingredients will help them be successful in round 1, all in hopes of knocking Chef Alex out of the competition, and a chance to win $10,000. Iconic chefs, Antonia Lofaso and Esther Choi judge.

In round 2, the egg celebration continues with the remaining chefs using their cooking skills to vie for the top spot. In a blind judging, Brooke Williamson and Michael Voltaggio will determine which chef comes out on top in a close final round.

Noted Southwest chefs, Beau MacMillan and Maria Mason, will determine which chef can dominate the competition in a spicy two rounds of competition.
