Host Eric Adjepong welcomes three chefs specializing in Italian Cuisine into the Alex vs America arena. The chefs from New York, Florida and New Jersey, each an Italian expert in their own right, will have to strategize what type of ingredients they think will take Alex out in round one. In a competitive round two, Judges Antonia Lofaso and Evan Funke will determine if one of these Italian experts have the chops to beat Alex in her own kitchen.

Three talented brunch experts from across the United States challenge Alex Guarnaschelli in two intense rounds of cooking. Hailing from New Hampshire, California and Arizona, these chefs are betting their skills with brunch can give them a chance at beating Chef Alex. In round 1 the chefs seal their fate by choosing the ingredients everyone will be challenged to cook with. Will their choices give them an advantage in the first round, or will Alex blow them all out of the water? One chef will be eliminated before going into round two, where they have the chance to win up to $15k, but only if they can defeat Chef Alex.

Chef Alex enters the arena and is greeted by three Pork experts from New York, Washington and Arkansas. These chefs will have to strategize what ingredients to use in round one in hopes to knock Alex out of the competition. In round 2, the remaining chefs will use their knowledge of pork to vie for the top spot and the chance to win $10,000.00. Will these pork connoisseurs be able to edge out the Alex in the blind tasting?

Chef Alex and three skilled chefs from across the U.S. take on one of America's favorite ingredients: Cheese. Joining the fight from California, Texas and North Carolina, these cheese experts will take their shot at knocking Alex out of the top spot. The chefs will strategize what ingredients to use and test their abilities in the medium of cheese. Judges Michael Voltaggio and Leah Park Fierro's decision will lead to one of the most unexpected winner announcements yet.

Host Eric Adjepong welcomes three French experts from across the US to attempt to take down classically French-trained Chef Alex in a battle for the ages. Chefs from California, Florida and Colorado, are each ready to show Alex up competing with her favorite cuisine. Their strategy picking ingredients in round one could help them succeed, but will it be enough to get them a win in the second round? Judges Ludo Lefebvre and Victoire Loup will determine which chef can dominate the competition in an emotional final battle.

Judges Jet Tila and Fariyal Abdullahi will determined the winner of these intense No Meat Allowed challenges.
