While interrogating Jarvis, Thompson mentions he knows about something from his past that could have him deported. Carter manages to get him out. They proceed to the vault and learn how they got everything out.

The Blitzkrieg Button

Howard Stark returns and meets with Carter. He asks her to get one of his devices that the SSR has saying if it's activated it could have devastating effects. Dooley goes to see a Nazi scheduled to be executed to ask about Finnow which is something that has links to Stark. The man who brought Stark into the country wants "his full payment" which is actually he wants more money so he seeks out the one who helped Stark, Carter.

When Demidov's typewriter sends a message which is encrypted, Carter figures out what it is: a location which they think is a meeting with Stark in Russia. So Dooley sends Thompson to check it out, Carter wants to go as well. They won't let her until she says she can get the Howling Commando. She does, and let her participate. When they get there they discover Stark is not there and they are trying to build Stark's idea. Dooley talks to someone about Stark who makes him question if Stark is really a traitor. Sousa through a chance encounter with Carter learns she's the 'blond' woman they're looking for.

Peggy discovers the shocking truth about Leviathan but doesn't realize that her true enemies are even closer than she imagined. Meanwhile, Souza is close to confirming the truth about Peggy and may just put her in the crosshairs of the SSR.

Carter is being interrogated. Then Jarvis arrives and gives a message from Stark saying he will confess and surrender if they release Carter. They accept and Carter is also fired from the SSR. While they await, Carter sees what Ivchenko is doing, signaling to his accomplice, and tries to tell them. Dooley and Sousa finally believe her so they check it out. Ivchenko uses his abilities to hypnotise Dooley and gets him to bring him to the lab where he gets a specific part of the confiscated belongings of Stark. He also places an explosive vest device on Dooley while making him sleep and dream his wish. Unfortunately if they are not able to defuse the device it will kill and destroy him and everyone and everything in his vicinity.
