It's the final week of the 3 week experiment. As the group tackle the final fitness challenge, Michael explores stress, exercise and inner motivation. He also reveals how far they've come in 21 days - with some astonishing results. Is this the moment when an experiment becomes a change of life-style for the 5 Volunteers.
