Married real estate developers Brian & Mika Kleinschmidt are in a competition to transform two small dated neighboring beachside hotels in Salter Path, NC. In this episode Brian & Mika are joined in updating their single and double guest rooms by celebrity renovators Bryan & Sarah Baeumler (Battle on the Beach) and Jonathan Knight and Kristina Crestin (Farmhouse Fixer). Fun and hijinks are interspersed with creativity and hard work. Property Brothers Drew and Jonathan Scott judge their work and the winning celebrity team earns $5,000 for their chosen charity.

Brian & Mika are joined by Michel Smith Boyd (Luxe for Less) and Galey Alix (Home in a Heartbeat), who assist them in creating lobbies that are functional and welcoming, as well as new branding that will inspire long into the future.

Brian and Mika are taking the competition outdoors since both hotels lacking amenities. They're spending big to create much needed outdoor lounge areas with high-end beach style. Guest designers Mike & Denese Butler (Fix My Frankenhouse) and Lauren Makk (Urban Oasis) & Scott McGillivray (Vacation House Rules) join Brian & Mika. Which outdoor lounge area will attract more guests to their hotel? The Property Brothers will decide!

Brian & Mika take on their last indoor space and it's all about extravagance. In another epic battle, the luxury suites undergo massive transformations. Brian is assisted by Cristy Lee (Battle on the Mountain) & Poonam Moore (Rico to the Rescue), while Mika gets help from Kim Myles (Battle on the Mountain) & Kim Wolfe (Why the Heck Did I Buy This House?). Even though the teams are under strict time and budget constraints, the pranks continue! Property Brothers Drew & Jonathan Scott have the final say on which team takes home the prize for charity and bragging rights.
