In these two short films we will follow the individual journeys of two women and their bout with mental health. Each short story will touch on an aspect of mental health (emotional, psychological, or social well-being) and what it looks like as a stigma in the Black Community, in an attempt to debunk myths and misconceptions. All stories are written and directed by black women.
