Zachary Quinto Eyeing American Horror Story

Zachary Quinto is in talks for gig on FX's forthcoming "psychosexual thriller" American Horror Story, Deadline reports.

Quinto would play a gay character named Chad in at least four episodes, starting with Part 1 of the show's pair of Halloween episodes, scheduled to air Oct. 26. The second part is set to air on Halloween.

His possible casting is the latest in a long line of AHS actor announcements. He'd join Jamie Harris, Dylan McDermott, Connie Britton, Jessica Lange, Denis O'Hare, Frances Conroy and Eric Close on the haunted-house drama.
