The Brutalist cleaned up at this year's Golden Globes, snagging Best Motion Picture - Drama and more. Then, on Feb. 16, the 2024 film added four BAFTAs to its growing trophy case as we all wait to see how it fares at the Oscars on March 2. Like Emilia Pérez, this one has been sweeping award season, and it's not slowing down anytime soon.
If you skipped the three-hour, 35-minute theatrical experience because, well, that's a lot of movie — even with a 15-minute intermission — it's time to find out where to watch The Brutalist from the comfort of your couch. That way, you can lounge in PJs, pause whenever nature calls, and avoid the moral dilemma of sneaking a Chipotle burrito into the theater.

The Brutalist
AmazonFor those who haven't been following the buzz, here's a quick, spoiler-free rundown: The Brutalist follows a Hungarian architect played by Adrien Brody who, after surviving the Holocaust, immigrates to the U.S. in search of a fresh start. While struggling to make a name for himself, he crosses paths with a powerful patron who changes the course of his life — though not necessarily in the way he expects. While this isn't a true story, it is inspired by real historical events.
Now, we're not giving too much away. But, the film is available to buy on Prime Video, making it easier than ever to see what all the awards-season hype is about. Check out the details plus a trailer below.
So, The Brutalist is not yet available to stream without buying on any streaming platforms. But, it is available to purchase (forever!) on Prime Video. Amazon Prime costs $14.99/month but has a one-month free trial. With Amazon Prime, users will get access to loads of deals and deals events such as Prime Day, plus a ton of content through Prime Video. To buy movies on Prime Video, you do not need to be a member of Amazon Prime or Prime Video, but you do need to have an Amazon account.
To watch The Brutalist, it will cost you $19.99, which is a pretty solid price in our eyes when you think about how long that movie is. Check it out below.
