The web series High Maintenance will be the streaming video provider's first original series. Available for purchase on a per-title basis on Vimeo On Demand rather than a monthly fee like Netflix and Hulu, the series follows a cannabis dealer as he delivers his goods to clients.
The first 13 episodes of the series premiered on Vimeo in 2013 and are still currently available to watch for free. The six new episodes of High Maintenance are expected to premiere on the site, which includes content ranging from professional programming to user-generated content, later this year.
