VIDEO: Twin Peaks Cast Begs David Lynch to Come Back

Twin Peaks fans apparently weren't the only ones disappointed that creator David Lynch has dropped out of Showtime's planned reboot of the series.

Members of the cast - including Sherilyn Fenn and Peggy Lipton - released a two-minute video this week imagining what Twin Peaks would be like without Lynch ("like pies without cherries!"), and basically begging the director to return to the project.

Surprisingly absent from the video, however, is Agent Cooper himself, Kyle MacLachlan.

Lynch announced over the weekend that he won't be participating in the revival due to a financial dispute with Showtime. The fate of the project remains uncertain.
