Justin Bieber fans got a lot more than they bargained for at a concert over the weekend, as the teen heartthrob doubled over and vomited on stage in the middle of a performance.

Bieber immediately left the stage briefly but then returned and finished the set, according to PopCrush.com. "Will you love me even though I'm throwing up on stage?" he reportedly asked the crowd. Two guesses as to what the answer was.

Could it have been nerves? The Glendale, Ariz. show was the first stop on Bieber's "Believe" tour. Not according to the superstar, who tweeted a line from Anchorman after the concert: "Milk was a bad choice! Lol," he wrote.

Bieber apparently made a swift recovery. The next day, he performed in Las Vegas alongside Usher.
