James Van Der Beek and wife split up
Van Der Beek and his wife, Heather Ann McComb, both 32, separated earlier this year. The couple got engaged in early 2003, and they married later that same year in Malibu. Van Der Beek, who most recently appeared in CW's One Tree Hill and NBC's miniseries The Storm, is slated to guest-star on the Dec. 1 episode of ABC's The Forgotten.
