Wilson, who appeared in the first season of Just Desserts, was indicted on three second-degree felony charges of possession with the intent to promote child pornography. The Bravo reality star was first arrested in December 2010 after undercover investigators received multiple file transfers from his computer allegedly containing pornographic images and videos of children as young as toddlers.

After signing an affidavit admitting he had viewed the pornographic images, Wilson was released on Dec. 16, 2010 on $10,000 bond under the stipulation that he would not access any computer without monitoring software.
On the show, the Texas resident was known for his emotional extremes, ranging from losing his temper to getting teary while discussing his young son.
