Reunited, and it feels so good?
Three and a half years after calling Matt Lauer "glib" on Today, Tom Cruise will stop by the morning talk show on Dec. 15 for another live chat with Lauer.
The actor, who will be promoting his new movie Valkyrie on the program, infamously chided Lauer in June 2005 after the host mentioned Cruise's criticism of the use of anti-depressants and psychiatry. "No, you see. Here's the problem. You don't know the history of psychiatry. I do," Cruise said at the time.
Since then, the two seem to have buried the hatchet. At the Friar Club Roast of Lauer in October, Cruise made a surprise appearance to take some jabs at the guest of honor.
"I can't believe I flew all the way out here — lose my number, you glib putz," Cruise, who received a Golden Globe nomination Thursday for Tropic Thunder, said before leaving the stage.
