During the airing of Minority Report and Gotham on Monday night, Fox debuted its two-part trailer for The X-Files' return, featuring the return of Gillian Anderson and David Duchovny, Skinner (Mitch Pileggi), the basement office, the Cigarette Smoking Man - apparently alive - and more.
"In 2002 my investigation ceased, but my personal obsession did not," Mulder says in the first trailer. And boy, are we glad it didn't!
