Teen Mom's Amber Portwood has been arrested and charged with several counts of felony domestic abuse following her attack on ex-fiancé Gary Shirley.
Teen Mom Amber Portwood charged with domestic violence
Portwood was charged Monday in Indiana with two felony counts of domestic battery, one felony count of neglect of a dependent and one misdemeanor of domestic violence and battery, according to E! Online.
On Monday afternoon, Portwood was booked and placed on a 24-hour hold behinds bars, TMZ reported. Bail was set at $5,000.
During the Sept. 28 episode of Teen Mom, Portwood was shown punching and screaming at Shirley. Authorities in Anderson, Ind., then began a domestic abuse investigation against the 20-year-old Portwood. On Nov. 18, Portwood was charged with attacking Shirley between August 2009 and July 2010 in front of their daughter Leah.

Portwood was recently reunited with her daughter after authorities placed Leah in Shirley's care during the investigation.
If convicted of all counts, she faces up to three years in jail and fines of up to $10,000.
