Stephen Collins has been promoted to series regular on the upcoming drama No Ordinary Family, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Tate Donovan and Christina Chang exit No Ordinary Family

The 62-year-old actor-author plays the boss of family matriarch Julie Benz. Tate Donovan and Christina Chang recently exited the series, about a family who gains special abilities after surviving a plane crash.

Since his 11-year-tenure as Pastor Eric Camden on 7th Heaven, Collins has most recently appeared on Private Practice and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
