New Star Wars: The Force Awakens Character Posters Revealed

With only a month and a half left untilStar Wars: The Force Awakenshits theaters, J.J. Abrams has found a way to whet our appetite even more by releasing the official character posters for Episode VII.

The various images feature Rey (Daisy Ridley), Leia (Carrie Fisher), Kylo Ren (Adam Driver), Han Solo (Harrison Ford) and Finn (John Boyega) staring down the camera with their right eye obscured. Why? We have no idea. And besides, there's a more pressing question we need answered: Where the eff is Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill)?!?

The original Star Wars hero was also absent from The Force Awaken's official poster, which Ford recently revealed wasn't without a reason. We'll just have to wait until The Force Awakens hits theaters on Dec. 18 to find out why.
