Lone Star's James Wolk has nabbed a multi-episode role on Shameless next season, Showtime announced Friday.

Showtime renews Episodes and Shameless

The actor will play Adam, an investment banker who makes a connection with Fiona (Emmy Rossum). Following Lone Star's abrupt cancellation last fall, Wolk filmed the ABC political pilot Georgetown, which wasn't picked up to series.
