Sally Struthers' Drunk Driving Charge Dropped

The drunk driving case against Sally Struthers has been dismissed, according to the Portland Press Herald.

The charge was dropped as part of an agreement in which she pleaded no contest to a lesser charge of driving to endanger. Additionally, Struthers, 66, was ordered to pay $1,210 in fines and fees, which has already been paid, and her driver's license has been suspended for 30 days. Jury selection for her trial was scheduled to begin on Sept. 23.

The All in the Family star was arrested last September on DUI charges in Ogunquit, Maine, where she was performing in a local production of 9 to 5: The Musical. In addition to playing Gloria on All in the Family, Struthers is known for her role as Babette on Gilmore Girls.
