Robert Downey Jr.'s recurring stint on Ally McBeal remains up in the air in the wake of his arrest Saturday night in Palm Springs for possession of cocaine and methamphetamine. The troubled actor — who was released from state prison just three months ago after serving a year for violating his probation on drug charges — posted $15,000 bail early Sunday. Downey signed on to do 10 episodes of Ally McBeal and is in the midst of shooting his ninth. He's due to be arraigned on Dec. 27.
