No one expected Ricky Gervais to hold back when dissing celebrities at the Golden Globe Awards on Sunday, but one joke left nominee and presenter Matt Damon at a loss for words.
After repeatedly mocking Damon's lost-in-space film The Martian for being nominated as a comedy ("Hilarious," Gervais deadpanned, stage-laughing), the host saved his best burn for Damon's BFF, Ben Affleck.

Introducing Damon to present highlights from The Martian, Gervais described the actor as "the only person who Ben Affleck hasn't been unfaithful to."
As Damon (who went on to win the award for Best Lead Actor in a Comedy for The Martian) stepped to the podium, all he could do was shake his head and grimace awkwardly.
