Report: TLC to Subpoena Hailey Glassman and Michael Lohan in Jon Gosselin Lawsuit

TLC plans to subpoena Jon Gosselin's girlfriend Hailey Glassman and Lindsay Lohan's dad Michael Lohan in a lawsuit filed against Gosselin for breach of contract, according to People.

According to the magazine, Maryland's Circuit Court of Montgomery County granted motions filed by the network's lawyers to depose Glassman and Lohan, as well as Gosselin's lawyer Mark Heller, manager Michael Heller, bodyguard Thomas Meinelt and his talent rep Matthew Kirschner.

TLC filed the lawsuit in October, claiming the Jon & Kate Plus 8star violated his contract by making paid TV appearances and unauthorized public disclosures about the TLC show. The suit seeks unspecified compensatory damages from Gosselin and demands that the 32-year-old return money made from other TV appearances, as well as abide by the terms of his contract.
