Real Housewives of Beverly Hills will premiere on Monday, Sept. 5 as scheduled, Bravo announced Wednesday.

Lawyer: Russell Armstrong to be cremated, ashes to be divided

The network had considered delaying the Season 2 premiere following Russell Armstrong's suicide two weeks ago, but has only opted to re-edit episodes, which is still underway, Bravo President Frances Berwick said. The show also filmed an interview earlier this week with several cast members about Armstrong's death that will introduce the premiere.In addition, Bravo has partnered with Entertainment Industries Council, Inc. (EIC) to raise awareness about suicide prevention. Various PSAs will air during the premiere.
